Age 7 & up

Morning (9am-12am): This program starts with a wander around the land foraging for materials for building tinder bundles, a necessary item to get a coal to become flame. We then delve into learning the various elements of the bow drill set, different trees you can use, correct posture, and how to get a fire with bow drill.

Afternoon (1pm-4pm): We cover various fire lays, tips for getting successful fires no matter the weather, various fire starters, how to carry coals long distances, and play some fun fire games to test our skills!

You have the option of both the morning and afternoon for a full day program, or choosing one for a half day workshop. Full day programs do not include lunch.

Program cost: 80$/hr, up to 10 people.

Age 7 & up

Morning (9am-12pm): We spend the morning retraining our senses through learning fox walk, deer ears, owl eyes, coyote nose & raccoon hands; along with some fun games to help us become more wild in our bodies.

Afternoon (1pm-4pm): We discover the 6th sense, intuition, through play and activities. We then take away our sense of sight, utilize our other senses, and allow our bodies to be guided through the forest relying solely on our wild awareness.

You have the option full day program, or you could just do the morning workshop block. Full day programs do not include lunch.

Program Cost: 80/hr. Up tp 10 people.

Ages 7 & up.

Learn different breaking techniques, shaping methods, how to finish edges, and burnish whatever tool(s) you decide to make. Some items you could make include; knives, combs, hair pins, awls, fishhooks, rings, fiber processing tools, arrowheads, needles, buttons, knitting needles… really whatever you can imagine!

Program length depends on what items are being made.
